Langtang Region Trek

Langtang trek is a wonderful introduction to trekking in Nepal located in the lap of Himalayas. The region is a narrow valley situated on the boarder of Tibet and only 19 miles and nearly 8 hour drive north from Kathmandu valley. The trek then starts from SyabruBesi following the trail though Bhote Koshi. The whole valley is dominated by Mount Langtang Lirung (7246m) and offers pine forest, swift mountain streams, rugged rock and snow-capped peaks, grassy lawn and meadows. This region also provides an opportunity to explore Langtang National Park, villages, climb small mountains and to visit glaciers. The region is famous for its natural beauty and awesome climate.
