Helambu Trek - 9 Days

Cost Include

• Airport / Hotel / Airport pick up & drop off service by a private tourist vehicle.
• 2 Night accommodation in Kathmandu with a BB plan twin sharing room at Hotel Buddy or Apsara Boutique Hotel.
• 5 Nights basic guesthouse accommodation during the trek.
• Local licensed English-speaking trekking guide.
• The required number of local staff and porters to carry your luggage during the trek (We assign one porter for every two guests.)
• Food, accommodation, insurance, equipment, and medicine for all staff.
• Full board meal (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) during the trek. Each meal contains one course of the meal.
• Langtang National Park permit
• TIMS Card
• Kathmandu to Sundarijal drive in a private vehicle 
• Melamchi Bazaar to Kathmandu transfer in a private vehicle
• Down jackets and sleeping bags (upon request).Needs to be returned after trip completion. 
• Company’s duffel bag(Upon request), Trekking route map and T-shirt(As a souvenir)
• First Aid Kit (Carried by your trek guide) 
• All our government taxes, vat, tourist service charges.
• Official expenses.

Cost Exclude

• Nepal arrival visa and International Flight
• Dinner and lunch in Kathmandu 
• Your personal expenses for mineral water, soft beverages, confectionaries, laundries, phone calls, hot drinking water, bar bills, showers, etc. 
• Your travel insurance that covers Medical Expenses and Helicopter evacuation, and trip cancellation
• Tips of the guide, porters and driver as a token of appreciation. 
• Monument entrance fees for the sightseeing tour in Kathmandu.
• Any other extended trips and accommodation other than not mentioned in “cost include” list.
